We are required by law to collect state tax on all purchases shipped to the following states:
PA, NJ, and MO.

• In-Stock: Items stocked in our NJ warehouse. Available to ship same day. Live inventory is tracked directly on the product page.
• Web-Direct: Items that are not stocked in our NJ warehouse and are sourced from our network of promotional vendors. These items have a general lead time of 2 weeks unless otherwise stated. Many items are available for rush service. Please speak with a customer service representative for more information.

Shipping and handling charges will be automatically calculated and added to your order at checkout, based on the total weight of your order and your selected shipping method.

• Returns can only be accepted for “In-Stock” merchandise. All returns must be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of your order. Merchandise must be undamaged. Apparel items must be unwashed/unworn. Order will be refunded when merchandise has been received back by Impact Dimensions. Customers are responsible for any return postage charges. We can supply a return label upon request.
• Refunds will be issued back to the same payment method used at time of purchase. Please allow 2-3 business days for refunds to be posted into your account.
• Exchanges can be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of your order. Items must be undamaged/unworn/unwashed. Customers are responsible for additional postage.
• Web-Direct items (items not part of the “In-Stock” collection”) are final sale, unless order is damaged or imprinted incorrectly.
