Impact Dimensions (ComcastMerch) Punchout Catalog

To order promotional merchandise items from Impact Dimensions through the Oracle Fusion application, follow the steps outlined below. Guidelines may vary by business unit.

Important: Oracle Fusion uses SSO login. Be sure you are connected to VPN to guarantee access.

1. Gaining Access to Oracle Fusion Platform

  1. Log into Oracle Fusion.
  2. If you have not logged into Oracle Fusion before, or are not sure if you have the correct access, request access through MyComcastAccess (Job Aid).
  3. Use the following access fields for Amazon Punchout:
Application Fusion Cloud ERP - Procurement
Role CMST PO Procurement Requester
Security Context Business unit
Security Context Value United_States_BU

Managers will need to approve access requests.

2. Accessing the Impact Dimensions Punchout

  1. On the Fusion homepage, select the Home icon in the upper right corner.
  2. Then select Procurement → Purchase Requisition (New).
  3. If this is your first time accessing the Purchase Requisition module, you will be prompted to set your Preferences.
  4. For the Deliver to Location, you can select one of two types:
    • Internal – a pre-loaded location
    • One Time – a free form address
  5. To use the free form address:
    • Select the Enter an address link
    • Click the Search address field
    • Then click the Enter an address link that appears in the dropdown
  6. At minimum, complete:
    • Address 1
    • City
    • State
    • Postal Code
  7. Select Update at the bottom of the window.
  8. The Deliver to Location can be updated at any time by selecting the Preference wheel near the top right of the screen.
  9. The Preference Deliver to Location will default as the deliver-to location upon creating a new requisition, but it can still be updated before submission.
  10. Return to Purchase Requisition (New) and find the IMPACT DIMENSIONS LLC – Comcast Promotional Merchandise tile under the Featured Categories section.
Best Practice: To minimize errors during punchout, complete all punchout steps within the same browser window and session.

3. Shopping in the Punchout Catalog

  1. You will be redirected to the Impact Dimensions Punchout site.
  2. Add as many items to your cart as necessary.
  3. When ready, select the Cart icon near the top right of the screen.
  4. On the following screen, select Proceed to checkout.
  5. Select the desired quantity.
  6. Please note there may be a minimum quantity or minimum dollar order depending on the item in order to successfully place the order.
  7. Select View Cart to proceed to the checkout screen.
  8. You will have a final opportunity to edit your cart. If everything is ready, click Transfer Cart.
  9. You will automatically be redirected back to Oracle Fusion in the same browser window with the items loaded into the Purchase Requisition.

4. Completing the Purchase Requisition

  1. Review the summary of your requisition.
  2. Click the pencil next to the Requisition Summary to review and update any key details before submission.
  3. This includes updating the Deliver to Location to either:
    • Internal – preloaded address
    • One Time – free form address
  4. Be sure to select Update near the top right of the screen if changes are made.
  5. To review who the next approver will be, select Actions → View Approvers.
  6. If no other changes are needed, press Submit.
  7. The request will route to the approver. Once approved, a Purchase Order will generate and be transmitted to Impact Dimensions for fulfillment.
  8. You can view the status of your requisition and PO approval by selecting the My Requisitions tab from Self Service Procurement or from Procurement → Purchase Requisition (New).

5. Completing the Transaction by Receiving

Per policy, Impact Dimensions orders are subject to a 3-way match: Invoice, PO, and Receiving amounts.

  1. Once the item(s) are physically received, the PO Requestor must mark the order as received on the requisition or PO.
  2. This can be done in My Receipts (New).
  3. Navigate to:
    Home → Procurement → My Receipts (New)
  4. When searching for your requisition, put quotes at the beginning and end of the number for an accurate search.
  5. You may also receive a direct email link prompting you to complete the receiving step.
